Process

How a job runs, start to finish.

Book a scoping call

Four steps, a fixed price and no handoffs. Here's exactly what happens, who does what, and what you can hold us to.

Four steps. No surprises.

  1. 01. Scoping call

30 minutes on video. You show us what's broken, or what you want built. We ask specific questions: which booking tool, which ad platforms, who uses the spreadsheet and how. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so on the call. You bring: A rough idea of the problem and which tools you use. You leave with: A clear view of what's involved, and whether it's a job for us.

  2. 02. Fixed quote

A short written scope: what we'll do, what we won't, what "done" means, the timeline and one fixed price. Nothing starts until you approve it. One price for one scope. No hourly billing. What's out of scope is written down too, so nobody's surprised. If something new comes up mid-job, you get a change request with its own price. You decide.

  3. 03. Build

The senior from your scoping call does the work. In your accounts: your GTM container, your repository, your database. You get a preview or test link wherever it makes sense, and short written updates as we go. Tracking fixes are tested in Tag Assistant, GA4 DebugView and each ad platform's diagnostics. Site changes go to a preview first; nothing goes live without your OK. App builds get a test link early so your team can try them on real data. Scoped builds ship a v1 in 14 days.

  4. 04. Handover

We show you it working, then we hand everything over. Not a zip file and a goodbye. What you get: Proof: recordings or screenshots of every fix or feature working. Documentation: what we changed, where, and why, in plain English. Access: confirmation that every account, container and repository is owned by you. A walkthrough call for you or your team. Removal of our access, when you're ready.

What you can hold us to.

  1. ✓ 01 The quote is the price.

If the scope doesn't change, the price doesn't change.

  2. ✓ 02 Senior does the work.

The person on your scoping call does your job. No subcontracting to someone you've never met.

  3. ✓ 03 You own everything.

Code, accounts, GTM containers, data and documentation are yours from day one, not at the end, not after a final payment.

  4. ✓ 04 Verified, not assumed.

We don't call a fix done until we've shown it working.

  5. ✓ 05 Fix window.

If something we built doesn't do what the scope said, we fix it at no cost for 30 days after handover.

  6. ✓ 06 No lock-in.

No retainers required. Our docs are written so someone else could take over.

Your part is small, but it matters.

  • Someone who can answer questions within a day or so
  • Access to the tools in scope (we'll send exact steps)
  • For app builds: a few people willing to test v1 with real work

Step one takes 30 minutes.
