Privacy Policy.

Last updated: May 15, 2026. This policy explains how Strativra processes personal data in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law n° 2004-63 of July 27, 2004 on the protection of personal data and the rules issued by the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP).

1. Data controller.

Strativra ("we", "us") is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through this website and our services. For any privacy request, contact us at privacy@strativra.com.

2. Legal framework.

We process personal data in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law n° 2004-63 of July 27, 2004 on the protection of personal data, its implementing decrees, and the deliberations of the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données Personnelles (INPDP). Where clients or users are located outside Tunisia, we apply equivalent international standards.

3. Data we collect.

Data you provide.

  • Identification: name, professional email, phone number, company.
  • Project details you submit through forms, booking flows, or lead magnets.
  • Account data when you create a backstage account: email, hashed password, role.
  • Communications you send to us by email, chat, or contact form.

Data collected automatically.

  • Technical logs: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies strictly necessary to operate the site.

4. Purposes and legal basis.

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare commercial proposals: pre-contractual measures and consent.
  • Deliver services and manage client accounts: performance of the contract.
  • Send service updates and limited marketing to existing clients: legitimate interest, with opt-out at any time.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations: legal obligation.
  • Secure the site, prevent fraud, and improve the product: legitimate interest.

5. Retention.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Prospect data: up to 3 years after last contact.
  • Client and contract data: duration of the engagement plus 10 years for legal and accounting obligations.
  • Account data: until account deletion is requested.
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months.

6. Recipients and processors.

Personal data is accessed only by Strativra staff who need it to perform their tasks. We rely on a limited set of subcontractors acting as processors under written instructions:

  • Hosting and database infrastructure.
  • Email and communication providers.
  • Analytics and error monitoring strictly limited to operational needs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. International transfers.

Some of our processors are located outside Tunisia. When that is the case, transfers are carried out in accordance with article 50 of Law n° 2004-63 and any prior authorization required from the INPDP, with contractual guarantees ensuring an adequate level of protection.

8. Security.

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data: encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, audit logs, regular backups, and least-privilege principles for our team and processors.

9. Your rights.

Under Tunisian law you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion when the data is no longer necessary or when you withdraw consent.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including direct marketing.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise these rights, email privacy@strativra.com with proof of identity. We respond within 30 days. If you believe your rights are not respected, you may file a complaint with the INPDP at www.inpdp.nat.tn.

10. Cookies.

We use only cookies strictly necessary to operate the site (session, security, preferences). We do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

11. Children.

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. Material changes will be notified on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
